There's a theory - inspired by quantum mechanics - that states that every possibility is realised as an actuality in a world not too dissimilar to ours, save for the providence of chance and that, across those multiple worlds, our doppelgängers sometimes hesitate to think upon their other's each others' as if it were their own.

  5. ... in the version where I got kicked down the stairs, was it by the justified gonzo wrath of an agent acting on behalf of a higher freak power, while a ginger man and a soon-to-be Buddhist with a third nipple half-hearted tired to prevent me falling down them?

In the meantime, I've been working on a first chapter of a novel. It's going to be slow work and, as a result, divert from the frequency of bog entries; however, I shall post the results of this fool-hardy endeavor. Watch this space. Not this one obviously, but the metaphorical one.

  9. Thanks, it was weird. Must have attempted posting six or seven times! I even tried changing my account password. No idea what that was about.
